 I Love Xara LX!!  Kiss
I use Xara LX on a daily basis, and 90% of my work is produced using it. One of the most important functions for me, which is not complete yet, is the .svg import / export support.
Xara LX is extremely "user friendly" and even more easy to get the hang of. It also has a good area for support on the "TalkGraphics" site

Xara LX is the best linux vector program I've found thus far. It comes the closest to Corel Draw which I have used for many years. The thongs I can't get to work which I need is the handling of font's ie ungroup/break apart. It does seem to be able to use all tty fonts such as Brush Script, Mona Lisa Re cut and Smartie to some degree. I'd also like to see the trace feature to work in the GL version, that would help in converting cdr ext to xara ext. I have several hundred patterns in cdr at the present time.  All in all this is a great program and I look forward to using it in the future.
