Quick question,

Does anyone know why the full size image code I get from divshare doesn't work on the forum? I'm terrible at html and surprised I got it to work the way I did.

For instance, this code...

<a href="http://www.divshare.com/download/3197510-64c"><img src="http://www.divshare.com/img/3197510-64c.png" border="0" /></a>

... works perfectly on the PCLOS forum yet as you can see it doesn't "take" here.

I have to use the forum code instead of the full size image code and delete /thumb to get the full size image to show.

Thanks

Hmmm let me look into it... I have not made any specific changes so it may be a default thing

OK, but it's not a biggy, I can deal with it. It probably has to do with html vs. bbc code and, if possible, turning on html too.

I registered at another file sharing site and their bbc code is easier to where you don't have to delete anything in the code to get the full size image to post.

Just thinking about the artist who wants to post a full size image that my be worse in html then I am.

Cheers

It could be related to the site your hosting on...
I tend to use Flickr for such things as they can handle the bandwidth, and my images always show at the size I choose them to show at in a forum post.

Thanks for the suggestion SL. I doubt it's the hosting site because I can use the same code on the PCLOS forum (which they also use the SMF forum). I added another hosting site that I'm using and their code show full size images in BBC code.
